- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items:1)MAK FOM Agile Gateway-WIN PN VRL-FATE-WIN, Qty 1; 2) Data Logger-WIN PN VRL-DL, Qty 1; 3) VR-Link RT LIC. - Multi PN VRL-TK-RN, Qty 6; and 4) MAK RT1 License PN RTP-RTL, Qty 6. This requirement is sole sourced to MAK Technologies, 68 Moulton Street, Cambridge, MA 02138 MAK software is used to interface several models together. The communication is through the HLA IEEE standard which is supported by the MAK software modules. The current development is using MAK software and is the only compatible infrastructure for continued development. Any firms believing that they can provide the MAK Technologies products may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the MAK Technologies products without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
