- Storage building construction consisting of pad preparation, concrete, erection of pre-purchased 40X40 metal building and electrical. Detailed specifications for the building construction will be provided in the Request For Quotations (RFQ) to follow on or about September 4, 2008. The building that will be erected is a 40X40 pre-fabricated building. Materials and labor will be needed to set this building on a prepared pad, concrete foundation and with electrical. Specific details will be included in the RFQ to follow. The major materials necessary for this project will be pad preparation, concrete, tools to erect building and electrial supplies. This will be for construction of one 40X40 prefabricated pre-purchased building. This construction project will be approximately 2 miles southeast of Hooper, Colorado. The construction project should be finished by February 20, 2009. The procedure used in soliciting this contract will be written quotation.
