- The Department of the Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command (Provisional),Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) on behalf of the Office of the Inspector General, Department of Defense intends to award a sole source contract, under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(b)(1) -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, to Agilemesh, Inc., 1130 E Aprappaho Road STE 565, Richard, TX 75081-2347 for the procurement of a mesh network video system (fixed) and a mesh network video system (mobile). This action will result in a Firm-Fixed-Priced contract with no option periods. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted. The point of contact for this action is Mr. Elijah Gross, Contract Specialist, elijah.gross@us.army.mil. Interested parties may express their interest and provide a Capability Statement to Mr. Elijah Gross via e-mail no later than 15 September 2008; 12:00PM EST.Questions are due no later than 11 Septmber 2008; 12:00PM EST. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
