- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for proposal and the applicable number is: R48254-8226-G130. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25. This acquisition is 100% small business set-aside. See attachment (Statement of Work) for description of requirement. The Period of Performance is 29 September 2008 through 28 September 2009. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial and the clause at 52.212-4, Contract Term and Conditions -- Commercial Items and 52.212-5,Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-- Commercial Items apply to this acquisition. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial iems, with their offer. Responses to the solicitation are due no later than 12:30 PM Pacific Time on 19 September 2008, via e-mail to amando.lastrella@navsoc.socom.mil or by fax: 619-437-3547.
