- The solicitation for a high power Directional Antennas was released on 2 September 2008. This is an open competition for Small Businesses. The documents were loaded under the directed original tab in NECO with the thought the solicitation would be marked as the original, since it had the required attachments (pricing spreadsheet, past performance questionaire, and DD form 254). However, the translation that appeared was it being directed to a particular vendor. I want to emphasize that it is open to ALL small businesses that are capable of manufacturing an antenna that meets the requirements in the solicitation.
