- The Marine Corps Installations East (MCIEAST) Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, NC 28547 hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Dataline, Inc. 2551 Eltham Ave, Suite K, Norfolk, VA 23513-2505, under authority of FAR 13.501(a). Market research has revealed that this contractor is the only source capable of providing the unique or specialized nature of the work. No other source has capability to warranty these kits, as all technical rights are proprietary to Dataline, Inc. This requirement is to procure the following: Secure network module for DCD-INS P/N: MCD-SNM-INSv3QTY: 2WAN/Unclassified Data moduleP/N: MCD-RSU-INSv3-EQTY: 2Options package to include:P/N: OPT-PAK-W-K-CBQTY: 2BGAN Explore 700Whisper 400RS-530, DTE Male to Smart Serial, 10ftSpare Cable set for DCD-INSP/N: DCD-INS Cable-Pak QTY: 23 year warranties QTY: 2 In order to support II Marine Expeditionary Force (II MEF) Commanding General (CG), Commanders and their staffs in support of critical command and control requirements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all quotes received in a timely manner will be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and unique capabilities to respond to this requirement or submit their quote. A determination has been made by the Government to use other than full and open competition for this acquisition (See Numbered Note 22).
