- IQC08213009012, NSN 5342-01-331-7985, MOUNT,RESILENT, WEAPON SYSTEM. The item is used on a 5 TON M939 SERIES TRUCK. Solicitation SPM4A6-08-R-0948; Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years and will be solicited 100% Small Business Set-Aside; FULL & OPEN COMPETITION AFTER EXCLUSION of SOURCES. The Guaranteed Minimum Qty is 756 each for the base year only, Minimum Order Qty is 756 each for the base and option years; Maximum Order Qty is 3,024 each for the base and option years, Estimated Annual Demand Qty 3,024 each for the base and option years, and the Maximum Contract Qty per year is 6,048 each for the base and option years. The requirement is in accordance with basic drawing 12363275, Rev B, dtd 10/07/1996. EXPORT CONTROL drawing applies. CONTRACTOR FIRST ARTICLE TESTING applies for 3 samples. A 96 month shelf life requirement applies. FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance @ ORIGIN. Delivery is 88 days for the production units. FAT delivery will be cited in the solicittaion ARO. This procurement does not have a surge and sustainment requirement. The anticipated issue date is September 01, 2008 & closing date of October 01, 2008. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) will apply; offers will be evaluated based on price offered and past performance.
