- The U.S. Department of Energys National Energy Technology Laboratory(NETL) in Morgantown, WV, is publishing this Synopsis/Solicitation (request for price quotation) in accordance with FAR 5.203 (publicizing contract actions) and FAR 13.105. (simplified acquisitions) and FAR 12.603 (solicitation for commercial item). This Synopsis/Solicitation (RFQ) is to request a price quotation for the purchase of an Uninterruptable power supply (UPS) system as specified in Attachment A. The period of performance for six months from the date of award: Attachment A: Statement of Work. Attachment B: Pertinent clauses that apply to all offerors submitting a price quotation. Attachment C: Fax cover sheet for all quotations, information requested on form must be submitted by all offerors whether faxed or emailed this form must be included with your bid.
