- Gain knowledge of the future procurement business practices of our United States Air Force at the Continental United States (CONUS) Installation level. An invitation is extended to Industry operating in Oklahoma to learn more about Installation Acquisition Transformation (IAT). IAT is an Air Force-wide initiative to modify contracting business practices at the Continental United States (CONUS) Installation level to create a more efficient acquisition process. Industry partners are encouraged to attend a briefing and ask questions during the forum on Wednesday, 10 September 2008 at 1:00 PM Central time at Northwestern Oklahoma State University in Room 127, Enid, Oklahoma.
