This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, Solicitation Number W91WAW-08-T-0131. The US Army Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), Pentagon, on behalf of NETCOM-EST-I, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation to provide an On-Demand Rich Media solution. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 541519, Other Computer Related Services, the Size Standard is $23 million. This acquisition is Restricted to Small Business concerns.
