- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 3), James J. Peters VA Medical Center, Bronx New York, Network Acquisitions and Logistics program is currently seeking quotes for VFD Maintenance. Applicant's will be asked to provide "REFERENCES" for providing same or similar products. Firms submitting bids shall email directly to the Contracting Officer referencing the following in the subject field, "VFD Maintenance", then contain the following information within the body of the e-mail name of firm, complete address, phone & fax number of contact. All Solicitations / RFQ's must be received by 4:00 PM, September 10, 2008. Email address is as follows, john.hurban@va.gov or by fax (718) 741-4722. ****A site visit will be held on Monday September 8, 2008 between the hours of 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center, 130 W. Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, New York 10468. All parties wishing to attend please email the Contracting Officer no later than Monday September 8, 2008 at 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Times or you will not be permitted to attend the site visit.**** AMENDED - ****This is for 8(a) and Hubzone entities only****
