- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, intends to purchase a Spirent Test System manufactured by Spirent Federal Systems Inc. located at 22345 La Palma Ave Ste 105, Yorba Linda CA, 92887. Although a Sole Source requirement any Spirent Authorized Reseller may submit quotes. This Sole Source requirement to Spirent consists of the following components: Item No. 1, Qty 1, Desc. SPT-9000A - Spirent 9U Chassis and Controller; Item No. 2, Qty 1, Desc. EDM-2001B - 2000 Series 10/100/1000 Dual Med! ia 4 port; Item No. 3, Qty 1, Desc. ACC-2029B - Small Form Factor Card Carrier for 2U/9U Chassis. Small Form Factor Card Adapter for SPT-2000A and SPT-9000A chassis; Item No. 4, Qty 1, Desc. SPK-0002 - Ethernet Switch Test Solution A. All items are to be priced Open Market or GSA only, no other methods will be accepted. Delivery is required within 30 days of award. The warranty shall be the Manufacturer's, P/N# SVC-1001STC covering 90 days for software and 1 year for hardware from delivery. These items will be acquired utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. The closing date is 10 SEP 2008 at 1200, noon, Eastern Time. Anticipated Award date is 12 SEP 2008. All items shall be priced FOB-Destination, Dahlgren, VA. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AS ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED IN THIS NOTICE.
