Description

Amendment 1 is being issued to revise the Statement of Work. The primary revisions to this SOW include: • Changing requirement for baking on urethane edge • Allowing for GE Lexgard or equal products. As a result of this amendment, the close date is hereby extended until 4:00pm EDT on Friday September 5, 2008. Additionally, the following questions were asked. Answers underlined and in italics as follows: SOW 5.1.2, We would seam/ chamfer the edges, however the edge wrap could cover some of this. No. SOW 5.2.4, With all due respect we will provide the materials per standards for the industry. We do take all the precautions to provide the highest quality materials, however the materials are fabricated in accordance to ASTM C 1036, C1349 and C 1172. Industry standard fabrication procedures should be followed. Per SOW 9.1 will [USSS] inspect [at manufacturing plant] prior to us shipping to your frame supplier? Yes.
