- NASA/GSFC has a requirement for 4 Model AVS 47B AC Resistance Bridge, eachincluding:Main console unitSeparate preamplifier unit5 meter interconnection cable for preamp5m interconnection cable between AVS47B and PCa set of VISA-based LabVIEW VI's for direct connection.NASA/GSFC intends to purchase the items from RV-Elektronikka Oy Picowatt pursuant to FAR13.106, for the acquisition of supplies or services determined to be reasonably availablefrom only one source. NASA/GSFC requires high precision tasks of millikelvin thermometryand refrigerator control.The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform theeffort in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 2:30 p.m. EST on datelisted above. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purposeof determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Adetermination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and opencompetition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretionof the government.Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.An Ombudsman has been appointed.
