- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number N68836-08-T-0444 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the lastest edition of the Federal Acquisition Circular. This solicitation is issued on an Total Small Business Set-A-Side basis (see Numbered Note 1), NAICS Code 561621; Location: Naval Air Station, Jacksonville Fl 32212at/near FL-103, 104, 105 Gate of the Flight Line;Government Point of Contact: Ed Quinones, 904-542-2668, ed.quinones@navy.mil The company will provide and install all specified equipment and components as contained in their proposal. Three state of the art multi-sensor infrared imaging cameras, video analytics, 32" HD Flat screen monitor and power cable (if necessary) will be used. Specifically, three FLIR PTZ-50MS 14 deg FOV Dual PTZ Imager camera (or better) is required due to system compatibility with existing equipment. The three FLIR cameras will replaced the existing PTZ cameras. It will be incorporated into the existing fiber-optic transmission systems to send image data to the NAS JAX Security Department Dispatch Center (Bldg. 875) where it will be displayed on the 32" LCD monitor and analyzed by a Vigilant Video Analytics System included in the proposal. A high end video controller will be necessary to rotates the FLIR cameras. The company will test the system during day light and night time and demonstrate its ability to perform to the specifications provided and to the satisfaction of the Command/Site POC. The company will train at a minimum of four NAS JAX personnel on the operation of the system. The company will provide at a minimum of one year warranty of the system, which such warranty will cover on site repair and or replacement of any defective item. The company will establish a mutually agreed upon installation schedule with the Command POC. The period of performance will not exceed 60 days After Receipt of Order from the Contracting Officer.
