- The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Liebert Global Services, Inc. for Liebert Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Modules Preventive Maintenance and Emergency Response Repairs. The services shall include but are not limited to one complete preventative maintenance visit per year, guaranteed 4-hour response 24hours/day, 7 days/week, emergency service labor, and parts coverage. The contractor services to be performed require persons with a unique set of expertise, management, responsiveness, and knowledge of the facility. Contractor performing work described in this document shall provide supporting documentation that all employees of contractor and or subcontractor performing work described in this document have received factory-authorized training on the Liebert 600 series UPS modules Model #: UDA63750A2750A27HS08, Liebert Control System Cabinets Model #: USCIF30A276S02, and Liebert Load Bus Synchronization System. The training or refresher training must have taken place within the last 24 months. The contractor must possess technical and reference documentation for all equipment to be serviced. The contract will be for a base year with four additional one-year options. Vendors able to meet this requirement are invited to identify their interest and capability by submitting a proposal to include technical capabilities, pricing, and any other information which shows a bona fide ability to meet this requirement by September 15, 2008. If no affirmative responses are received within this time to determine that a comparable source more advantageous to the Government is available, negotiations will take place with Liebert Global Services on a sole-source basis.
