- Subject to final approval, the Bureau of the Public Debt intends to acquire on a sole-source basis to CCH Inc, 4025 West Peterson Ave, Chicago, IL 60646-6069 for Teammate Suite audit management software. CCH is the sole manufacturer, publisher and seller of TeamMate software. TeamMate software suite is vertically aligned with business process and is considered a business-critical solution for Office of Audit operations. This software assists with developing annual internal review plans, conducting internal reviews and testing of mission critical key controls, preparing and electronically submitting workpapers for supervisory review, reviewing and electronically approving workpapers, electronically maintaining review workpapers for future use, and tracking and reporting on open audit and internal review The TeamMate Audit Management Systems software license renewal includes one year of product upgrades and support. The Government intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Substitutions will not be accepted. The software is being solicited and awarded as a commercial item in accordance with FAR 13.5. This notice of intent is not a request for quote. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered an affirmative response. Written responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the ability to provide the requirement at terms more advantageous to the Government. Public Debt will consider all written responses received no later that 2:00 p.m. EDT, September 8, 2008. If no written response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements and that it is more advantageous to the Government, we will make a sole-source award to CCH Inc. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list. Therefore, we recommend that you monitor the FedBizOpps site for all information relevant to desired acquisitions.
