- This is an intent to negotiate a sole source purchase order with Spec Ops, Inc, 325 Hill Carter Parkway, STE A, Ashland, VA 23005-2317 for the purchase of Deployable Tactical Tables. In accordance with the sole source justification on file, USSOCOM provided the customer with several deployable Euro tables, frame sets, and associated cabling. The tables provided are manufactured by Spec Ops. The tables being requested are to be configured with, and connected to, the existing tables. Consequently, no other tables will meet the Government’s needs due to the requriement for compatibility. The Government’s requirement consists of a deployable Euro Breakout (110/220v /w/ Gigabit Switch; 20 each 5’ deployable ET5 Euro tables; 6 each 5’ deployable ET6 Euro tables, 4 each deployable ETC corner Euro tables; deployable cases for tables and associated cabling and chairs; 40 each standard chairs; 20 each captain chairs external kits, and associated cabling. The vendor shall also replace 2 each 50’ VGA cables and cable straps on the T10ST deployable frame set; replace the power strip and cable clips on the T5M3 deployable frame set; and replace the cables clips on the T5M2 deployable frame set. The vendor shall also provide a day and a half of training on set up/take down and connectivity of all cables. This notice is not a request for offers. The anticipated date of award is 12 September 2008. Responses to this notice will be used to determine if bona fide competition exists to provide deployable tables compatible with those currently on hand. Any such responses must be in writing and include documents that clearly demonstrate the vendor’s ability to provide the requested items. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered; however, determination to compete or not to compete this requirement is solely at the discretion of the Government. No extensions will be granted. The Government will not pay for any information submitted. Only electronic submissions will be accepted. No telephone responses will be accepted.
