A Government First Article Test applies. Export Control applies. Destination inspection required. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be unrestricted, full and open competition procedures. The NSN is as follows 6695-01-355-3402, 140 day's delivery. FOB Destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
