- The purpose of this amendment is to post answers to technical questions. See the following responses: 1. How far (in feet) are you from a water hydrant? Answer: Approximately 200 feet. 2. Will there be a staging area made available? Answer: A staging area will be provided. 3. Will the base unload materials for us (even the smallest of packages)? Answer: The end user has access to several forklifts. Coordinate any requirements at least one day prior to the need. 4. Do you have drawings of this building? Answer: Contact the POC listed below. 5. Do you have blue prints of this building? Answer: Contact the POC listed below. 6. Will you allow us to use water weights (80,000lbs of water)? Answer: No 7. Do you have a place to easily unload the water out of the bags? Answer: The drainage is not sufficient for this amount of water. 8. Since I am having a hard time fitting a crane that will meet 22' lift that dominions into the load test. a. If you are wanting a 125% load test that will take a 23' lift to fit the bags under the hook. b. If you are okay with doing a 100% load test it will only require 17' below the hook, which gives us 2' to move the bags up and down. Answer: Load test to the 125% requested.
