- Description
- The United States Government intends to negotiate a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition with John S. Traynor, 100 Willow Plaza, Suite 400, Visalia, California for the offices of the U.S. Courts, U.S. Probation Office. The Government currently leases space at 202 West Willow in Visalia under Lease No. GS-09B-98162. This building already incorporates the following measures that uniquely meet the requirements for this agency: costly infrastructure and pre-existing secured wiring. This lease will be for a total of 1,771 BOMA Office Area Square Feet fully-serviced for an eight (8) year lease with cancellation rights after five (5) years. The Government will relocate only if offeror includes cost of relocation and facilities replication in the rental consideration. Parties who are interested in commenting regarding the Government’s intent to negotiate this lease under Other Than Open Competition or in obtaining additional information regarding the above procurement should provide their written comments within five (5) days of the publication this notice.
