- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Q715008MF16 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) (iv) This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 332322 with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. Delivery dates will begin in October, 2008. (v) The Contractor shall provide the following items; 1) 18"X30' Culvert, 14 ga. galvanized, 300 Ft.2) 24"X30' Culvert, 14 ga. galvanized, 600 Ft.3) 18" Coupling Ban, 10 Each4) 24" Coupling Ban, 20 Each5) 24" Splash Pan, 40 Each6) 18" Splash Pan, 20 Each Please ensure that all shipping charges (F.O.B. Destination) are included into the cost of the above items. (vii) All items are to be delivered to Buffalo National River, Buffalo Point Maintenace, 2229 Hwy 268, Yellville, AR 72687. Delivery date not to exceed 45 days ARO. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commerical Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). (x) Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at, 52.204-8, Annual Representations and Certifications and submit with its offer. (xi) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
