- This requirement is for a modification that will be issued under Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) contract W31P4Q-07-C-0088 to provide TOW ITAS CLS additional support to the Department of the Army, United States Marine Corps, National Guard, and forecasted Foreign Military Sales (FMS) fielding requirements and to maintain Operational Readiness. The added options will be firm fixed price for the base 1st year and the options for FY 09-11. This requirement is restricted to Raytheon Systems Company, McKinney, Texas. See note 22.
