- 1. The pricing document that was included, is this the expected price that for each recovery? The prices provided as "Hard Drive Recovery Historical Data" are historical data on the number of occurrences and the cost of each. It is just historical data. Please provide on your cost proposal the Diagnostic Fees, Data Recovery Fee and Media Fee. 2. How should the final RFP be submitted, electronically, hardcopy or both? Please submit your RFP via e-mail to Yarinee.Tafur@navy.mil only by September 08, 2008 at 4:00pm. 3. Are the current hard disk drives in any way damaged via water or fire or are the HDD simply un-readable? The hard disk drives damages are HHD simply un-readable. 4. Will a Capability Statement suffice or should we include Past Performance examples, Quality Control, etc. No, please provide point of contacts of prior contracts, dates and dollar amounts. 5. Is there a page limit? 25 pages
