- In order to comply with FAR 5.101(a)(2) for publicizing proposed contract actions expected to exceed $10,000 but not expected to exceed $25,000 in a public place, we will be posting the solicitation document ONLY to FedBizOpps. The Contracting Officer has determined that this is a brand name requirement. This is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the government will consider any responses from sources capable of providing THIS EXACT ITEM received within 10 days after date of publication of this solicitation.

When a seismomenter is installed it is lowered on a cable and then locked into place at the depth that is desired.
