- This is a solicitation on behalf of Tyndall AFB for the following commercial item(s): -QTY: 10 ------- 48-user port power of Ethernet switches (ERS 4550T-PWR) -QTY: 14 ------- 1-port 1000 base-LX small form factor pluggable GBIC -QTY: 6 ------- 1-port 1000 base-SX small form factor pluggable GBIC -QTY: 1 ------- 8006 6-slot chassis high density switch (ITN) -QTY: 1 ------- Ethernet routing switch 8692S -QTY: 2 ------- 8005AC 100-240 VAC 1140W/1462W power supply -QTY: 1 ------- Ethernet routing switch 8630GBR -QTY: 24 ------- Multimode fiber patch cord MM ST to LC 2 meter duplex -QTY: 56 ------- Singlmode fiber patch cord SM ST to LC 2 meter duplex This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 334419 applies to this procurement. THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET-ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The small business size standard is: 1000 employees. FOB: Destination for delivery to: 520 Minnesota ave Bldg 748 Tyndall AFB, Panama City, Fl. 32403 The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The provisions at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The clause at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal.
