- Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf Defense Contracting Command, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(b)(1) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to provide maintenance in support of Control-M for S/390 and z/OS and Mainview AutoOperator for z/OS software agreement. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted. The point of contact for this action is Contract Specialist, Ms. Annette D. Gray, CACI Contractor who may be reached at grayad2@conus.army.mil. Interested parties may express their interest and provide a capabilities statement NLT Friday, 12 September 2008 at 12:00 PM EST. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
