- The 96th Contracting Squadron, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price contract for Telesto pulsed fiber laser under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Anticipated award date is 12 September 2008. The North American Industry Classification System for this acquisition is 334413, small business size standard: 500 people. Interested parties may submit their capabilities package to the email address below. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 5 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Questions shall be submitted electronically to manivanh.mundy@eglin.af.mil. Requirements includes Telesto pulsed fiber laser, collimator, cable harness and interface control box.
