- This acquisition is 100% small business set-aside and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 325613 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation is being posted in accordance with rules and regulations stated under FAR part 13-Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. The National Institutes of Health (NIH) National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) has a requirement to procure the following products: 1.CYMAL® -5, Anagrade, Item# C325, Quantity 125g (5 x 25g) 2.CYMAL® -6, Anagrade, Item# C326LA, Quantity 250g ( 10 x 25g) 3.CYMAL® -7, Anagrade, Item# C327, Quantity 125g ( 5 x 25g) 4.TRIPAO, Item# T370, Quantity 250g ( 10 x 25g) Basis for Award: The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer fully meets the requirements of the solicitation and provides the best value to the Government. Offerors may request a copy of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) in writing or via email to the Contracting Office prior to the closing date of this notice. Request for copies of the RFQ must be submitted to the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases, 6707 Democracy Boulevard, Two Democracy Plaza, Room 774B, Bethesda, MD 20892 to the ATTN: Tina Robinson or via email: robinsti@mail.nih.gov. It is anticipated that RFQ NIHDK2008076-A will be available fifteen (15) days after the publication date of this synopsis. Receipt of quotations will be due seven (7) days after the release of the RFQ. If you have any question regarding this announcement, please contact Tina Robinson via email.
