- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This constitutes the only notification before award. Solicitation reference #F4ATD18213A002 is issued as a request for quote, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-24. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 332212. Small business size standard is 500 employees. This acquisition is restricted (limited to small businesses). The Description of Items and clauses incorporated in this synopsis/solicitation are applicable to this procurement and will be incorporated into any resultant purchase order. Shipping shall be reflected in all quotations as FOB Destination. Quotes may be mailed, faxed, or emailed. Email is the preferred method. Mail quotes to 325th Contracting Squadron/LGCB ATTB: Lt John Purcell, 501 Illinois Ave, Ste 5, Tyndall AFB, FL 32403-5526. Faxed quotes must be in accordance with FAR 52.214-31, Facsimile Bids (Dec 1989) to ATTN: Lt John Purcell at (850) 283-8630. Quotes submitted electronically should be sent to john.purcell@tyndall.af.mil. Questions regarding this RFQ should be directed to Lt John Purcell at (850) 283-8630. Quotes are due by 11 Sep 2008; NLT 2:00 pm Eastern Time. Anticipated award date is shortly after receipt of quotes. Award will be made to the responsible quoter offering the lowest overall price meeting the requirements of this combined synopsis/solicitation.
