- This is a combined solicitation/synopsis for tool and test conducted under FAR part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, using title 22 funding. The CSE is Afghanistan’s only tactical, deployable, communications unit and is responsible to deploy anywhere in Afghanistan to provide short-notice, long-haul communications. These funds will enable the CSE to properly equip their personnel with the appropriate tools, electronics and safety gear in support of their mission. All equipment is to be delivered to the ANA CSE. Suitable substitutes are authorized.
