- NOTE: Proposals will only be considered from hotels, not third parties representing hotels. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement for lodging accommodations within an 8-mile radius of the National Center for Explosives Training and Research, Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, Alabama. The Government contemplates an indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity, multiple award contract for one base year and four option years. Proposals may be submitted only by response to the solicitation package. Proposals must reference the solicitation number. If you intend to submit a proposal, ensure all applicable blocks are completed. Complete the pricing section for the base year and option years. Complete all certifications and representation. Complete ALL necessary fill-ins and sections. All interested parties must submit a proposal be 3pm Eastern on 9/5/2008. Proposals must include all completed sections and requirements. This is a total small business set-aside, however, if the government does not receive responses from small businesses that are responsive and reasonable, other businesses will be considered.
