- The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency’s Bryan County Office in Durant, OK is interested in leasing 3100 – 3600 rentable square feet of first class, high quality office space for a term of 5 years. To be considered, office location must be within the boundaries of Red Bud Lane & Mocking Bird Lane on the North, the railroad track on the East, Sunnyside Road & Country Club Road on the South, and North Washington Ave., 49th Avenue and Hwy 69/75 on the West. Preference will be given to single story floor space. Occupancy is required by May 1, 2009.
