- Description
- The Department of Justice (DOJ) intends to negotiate with LAZ Parking Mid-Atlantic, Inc. to modify Contract Number DJJ07-C-1489 to add three one-year option periods for ten indoor parking spaces at 600 E Street, NW, Washington, DC. The ten parking spaces are needed to accommodate physically challenged DOJ employees working at this location. The period of performance is for October 1, 2008, through September 30, 2009. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within five (5) days after the date this notice is published will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement
