- The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order on a sole source basis utilizing, FAR part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, for quantity (15) Power Supply, AC 50/60 HZ for the AN/FCC-100 Multiplexer, P/N - 4807015-060 to original equipment manufacturer DNE Technologies. The material must be compatible in all aspects (form, fit, function) with existing systems presently installed. This equipment is on the Munitions Control list and controlled by the U.S. State Department. As such, they may not be exported, transferred, or disclosed to a foreign person or foreign entity, either in the U.S. or overseas without a validated State Department Export License. Delivery is FOB Origin to Norfolk, VA. The RFQ will be available on or about 02 September 2008 by downloading the documents at http://www.neco.navy.mil or http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 334220. The size standard is 750 employees. The FSC Code is 5811. The RFQ solicitation a! nd any subsequent amendments will ONLY be available for download at the above sites; this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting a quote, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make a contractor ineligible for award. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423, ! or via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. All quotes shall be signed by vendor and include: (1) price(s) for the CLINS listed in accordance with the attached schedule, and (2) a point of contact, name / phone number / email, business size, and payment terms. This is a firm fixed priced order and award will be made utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13. The Government intends to make a single award to the lowest price, responsive, responsible vendor. Each response must clearly indicate the capability of the quoter to meet all specifications and requirements. This announcement will close on or about 5 September 2008 at 11:30 AM EST.
