- The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) requests proposals from companies that are prime contractors with current U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) contracts eligible for use by WMATA to provide furniture and console related services for the design, equipment, installation, and implementation of a functional Network Operations Center to include, but not limited to monitoring area, conference room, reception area and testing laboratory to support the General Manager with the operations of WMATA in accordance with the scope of services. The Disadvantaged Business goal of this project is 38%. Proposals are due on September 11, 2008 no later than 2:00p.m.eastern time. Written questions must be received by September 4, 2008.
