- This announcement constitutes only the pre-solicitation notice; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued on or around 2 September, 2008. Solicitation number FA4600-08-T-0019 is being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-23. All applicable provision and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes the only pre-solicitation notice being issued. THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334516, and the small business size standard is 500 people. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order for the following service: cost per test lease Hematology Analyzer including maintenance for a base year plus four option years. IAW the Statement of need on Offutt AFB, NE. Please reference solicitation # FA4600-08-T-0019 on all correspondence. All quotations must be received via e-mail (ashley.taillard@offutt.af.mil) or fax (402-294-7280) to SrA Ashley Taillard at the 55 Contracting Squadron, 101 Washington Square, Offutt AFB 68113-2107 by 6 September 2008 at 12:00pm (CST). Quotes must be valid for 30 days after the date that the quotes are due. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE. Please acknowledge all requirements on quotations.
