Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is being procured under the authority of FAR 13.5, test program for commercial items (Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996). The Peace Corps has a requirement for transit benefits in support of the its transit program for commuting employees in accordance with Executive Order 13150. This is a RFQ notice of intent to sole source contract with the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority for transit benefits. The WMATA is the sole provider of this product. PC is not requesting information from resellers of this product. The PC intends to issue a purchase order for said items.
