- The Office of Naval Research (ONR) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with NCS Technologies, Inc. located at 9490 Innovation Drive, Manassas, VA to purchase six (6) mid-tower commuter workstations (Part Number CM4A347); six (6) Cybex Avocnet Switch SC KMM (keyboard Mouse Monitor) Switch Model 10040-SC (Part Number 520-147-005); eighteen (18) PS/2 keyboard PS/2mouse and VGA-6 feet (Part Number CPS2-6A); and six (6) volt power supply for 10040-SC (Part Number PS-6V). The workstations will be used in a Sensitive Compartmental Information Facility (SCIF) and must be configured to meet specific security requirements. Anyone interested in this effort should contact Ms. Boudreaux for a copy of the specifications. The Government intends to issue an Order in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 entitled “Simplified Acquisition Procedures”. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any quotes received by the closing date and time will be considered by the Government. Responses to this Notice should be submitted to Ms. Jacqueline Boudreaux, at Jacqueline.boudreaux@navy.mil by 2:00PM (Eastern Standard Time) on Tuesday, 09 September 2008. Any responses received after the closing date and time will be treated as a late submission
