- The Department of the Navy, Military Sealift Fleet Support Command (MSFSC), intends to issue a brand name sole source solicitation for a class buy of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) by HYSTER, OEM parts under the authority of FAR 13.501, for 7 ships. The RFQ will be posted to the MSC contract webpage (see below) on or about 5 SEP 08. Interested vendors are encouraged to register under the vendor listing.
