- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1B3V18232A001 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote for the Rebuild and Overhaul of a P-23 Fire Truck Engine, Engine Model: 8V92T. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26. This acquisition is a 100% set aside for small business and is under North American Industry Classification System code 811111, with a small business size standard of $7.0 Million dollars. A Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order will be issued in writing. CLIN 0001: Rebuild and overhaul engine (including labor) with new cylinder kits, injectors, water pump and cylinder heads. CLIN 0002: Radiator cleaning. CLIN 0003: Vehicle shipping from and to (FOB Destination) Altus Air Force Base, Altus, Oklahoma 73523. Award will be based on price.
