- This is a notice of intent to issue an order to Terry Steiner International Inc, 130 West 57th Street APT 10-B, New York, NY 10019 on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This acquisition is for the International Broadcast Rights for Television Programming. The proposed procurement is for Administrative Agreement for Television Programming on E! and Style Network for the Defense Media Center – Broadcasting (DMC), 23755 Z. Street, Riverside CA 92518, to reproduce and distribute television programming. This sole source requirement is for a Base period, with 2 option years, that will be solicited from Terry Steiner International who is the exclusive rights holder for the International Broadcast Rights based on the programs that will be required.
