- The USCG Maintenance and Logistics Command Pacific in Oakland, CA, proposes to contract for the Dockside repair of the USCGC WALNUT (WLB 205). The cutter will be available for performance from 10 March 2009 through 01 May 2009. The work may include, but is not limited to Production Control, Gantt Bar Chart Provide; Tanks (MP Fuel Service) Clean and Inspect; Watertight, Weathertight Door & Hatch Renewals; Ship Service Diesel Generator Exhaust Stack Uptake Commercial Clean; Level Wind Aram Safety Interlock Installation; Vent Ducts (Engine & Motor Room, All) Commercial Clean; Vent Ducts (Laundry Exhaust) Commercial Clean; Vent Ducts Repair; Ventilation Fan Assembly Overhaul; Thruster Generator Clean & Inspect; Commissary Hoist Level 2 Inspect & Repair; Grey Water Holding Tank (s) Clean & Inspect; Oil Content Meter Calibration; Sewage Holding Tank and Atmospheric Tank Clean & Inspect; Sewage Piping Clean and Inspect; Bilges (Machinery Space) Preserve; Preserve Weatherdeck Cofferdams and Goosenecks; Bouy Decks (Exterior) Preserve, 100%; Temporary Services, Dockside, Home Pier.
