- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The California Army National Guard has a requirement to purchase safety and rescue, fire fighting equipment. A list of the items and quantities is available upon request; interested parties must e-mail jeannie.r.thornton@us.army.mil to request the list of required items. Requested delivery lead time for all items is 30 days after award of the contract. Simplified acquisition procedures will be used. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Quotes are due by 1:00pm PST, on or before Friday, September 12, 2008 and may be e-mailed, or faxed to 805-594-6348, attention Jeannie Thornton. Point of contact is Jeannie Thornton at 808-594-6379.
