- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION. NO FURTHER SOLICIATION WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Q979108K092 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations. (iv) This procurement is being issued as Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 332420 with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. (v) The contractor shall provide the following items: 1) 1500-gallon ul-142/STI F921 Double wall AV gas tank on Skid: overall Tank Dimensions: 64" Dia x 132" Length with Standard Fittings, Exterior Tank Painted Enamel White, Morrison Emergency Vent's, Water Draw w/ 1" Pipe to bottom of Tank from Top, and IFC Decal kit 1 each2) Overfill Protection Package, to include Morrison 187XA-2" Gauge Hatch, 5 gallon "Fuel Guard" Overfill catchment basin, Morrison 179-2" fuel cap, Morrison 155-2" Tee-Vent w/Riser, 12' AFG3) Miscellaneous Accessories, Kruger sentry Leak gauge H-Series 1 Each, End Ladder for 64" Dia Tank 1 each, Clay & Bailey 4 x 3/4" X 3/4" Quad Tap Bushing 1 each, 3/4" Foot Valves 2 each, 4) Installation of Accessories 5) Interior Coatings for AV-GAS 6) Please ensure that all shipping charges (F.O.B. Destination) are included into the cost of the above items. Fittings listed are Brand name or Equal please provide specification sheet if different than requested The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA).
