- Service Non-Personal: Contractor to provide all plant, tools, labor, materials, transportation, supervision, and other necessary items necessary to prepare and paint up to 30 pieces of AGE equipment. Contractor shall be respondsible for the pick up and return of all AGE equipment to the CRTC. Currently, funding is unavailable for this project. This solicitation has been set aside for small business concerns qualified under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 811121. Interested contractors that qualify under these conditions are encouraged to participate and can obtain a copy of the performance work statement and solicitation by going to the website http://nationalguardcontracting.org or may request a copy to be emailed to them. All prospective offerors must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE Code) and be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. The solicitation shall be posted to the website on or about 3 Sep 08. This solicitation is being issued as an RFQ using simplified acquisition procedures found under FAR part 13. There will be a site visit conducted. The time and date of the site visit shall be established in the solicitation. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price type contract that shall be performed within one year of contract award. The anticipated award date is 29 Sep 08. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, it does not restrict the Governments ultimate approach, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation cost, the contractor for any costs associated with preparing or substituting a response to this notice.
