- TACOM-LCMC Rock Island intends to issue Sole Source Request For Propsal (RFQ)for the following software from 1E Limited, CP House 97-107 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 5TL: An additional 2600 1E Power and Patch Management Pack, which includes 1E WakeUp and NightWatchman. This also includes 1 year of support maintenance. This notice is neither a request for proposals nor an invitation for bid. However, all information received by close of business on September 2, 2008 will be considered by the Government. Information received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to to compete this proposed contract action based on responses to this notice will be entirely at the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in the preparation of responses to this announcement. Inquires will only be accepted by email to the Original Point of Contact below.
