INSPECTION CONDITIONS AND TERMS : Items shall be priced FOB Destination. Delivery/Acceptance will be at 201 McChord Street, Bolling AFB, Washington, DC 20032-0202. "THE GOVERNMENT SHALL NOT REIMBURSE ANY EXPENSES INCURRED TO PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS FOR RESPONSE TO THIS SOLICITATION. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE CLOSING DATE. NOTICE TO OFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. EVALUATION PROCEDURES: The Government will select the best overall offer based on price and other factors considered. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be the most advantageous to the Government in accordance with the requirement. Only those offerors determined to be in compliant with the requirements as stated in this solicitation will be considered for award. If offering an equal product, interested parties must submit clear and convincing descriptive literature demonstrating the capabilities to satisfy the requirement specified above. Non-conformance with this requirement may result in offeror's quote being determined unacceptable.
