- 366th Contracting Squadron, Mountain Home AFB, Idaho, intends to solicit and award a sole source one time, firm fixed price purchase order to Systems Atlanta, Inc. for an Airfield Management System for Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. Statutory authority for this sole source purchase is Title 10.U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The requirement consists of 19 Line Items: (0001) 2 each: IDS5 workstation/server software. (0002) 2 each: IDS5 software upgrade- V1.2 to V1.4. (0003) 2each: IDS5 data exchange (DEX) interface license. (0004) 2 each: SA-IDS5 windows mini workstation package (workstation, keyboard/mouse, or trackball, dual video). (0005) 1 each: IDS5 system administrator upgrade package (printer/scanner, MS office, paint shop pro, acrobat, toner). (0006) 2 each: 19" LCD SAW Touch Display w/ USB, SPK- DK gray. (0007) 2each: APC back-UPS 500. (0008) 2 each: Miscellaneous Installation Materials for hardware. (0009) 2each: Service (in house) AFAS Add-on, FFP Per workstation. (0010) 1 each: service (in house): what's UP Gold RMM Software & Configuration Services. (0011) 1 each: services (on site): SAI on site Engineering Services, UP to 2 Days-FFP. (0012) 1 each: services (on site): IDS5 Sys. Admin Training, Course, FFP (4 days / up to 6 people- includes travel time). (0013) 1 each: Services (on site): IDS5 DB Management Assistance, FFP (3-days), includes travel time. (0014) 3 each: Travel expenses (includes per diem, lodging, and transportation). (0015) 1 each: First year software warranty/support. (0016) 1 each: Extended software support, 2 years (covers entire system). (0017) 1 each: First year hardware warranty/support. (0018) 1 each: Extended hardware maintenance & support, 2 years. (0019) 1 each: Shipping and handling cost. The applicable NAICS code is 334113 with as size standard of 1,000 employees. Any interest party, other than Systems Atlanta, Inc., that feels they can satisfy this requirement must identify their interest, experience, and capability to satisfy the requirement no later than 5 days after the posted date of this announcement.
