- The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) has a need for upgrades to its currently existing workstation equipment and servers. Please see the technical specifications for the items listed below and if capable of meeting the requirement, submit a quote to the POC below. All quotes should be submitted in accordance with the following stipulations: 1. All quotes should be submitted to Contracts Specialist, Seth Nevins, via the Fed Biz Opps website or via email to Seth.A.Nevins@nga.mil. Quotes must be in either MS Word or MS Excel format. 2.. Quotes should be based on open-market pricing. 3. All quotes should be submitted no later than 12:00pm EST, Wednesday, September 3, 2008. Quotes received after this time will not be considered. 4. All quotes should be broken out by price for each individual item. Quotes containing only a lump sum total price for all items will not be considered. 5. The total price quoted should include shipping/handling, FOB Destination and any other ancillary costs, as relevant. 7. The award will be made on an all-or-none basis with one award made to the bidder who meets the minimum technical requirements at the lowest price. 8.
